Description

Organisation of 5 side events for the 300 international attendees of the BDO Global Conference. We organised 3 dinners at special locations and 2 partner functions: a guided tour in BXL and Bruges for the accompanying partners.

Challenge

Finding suitable venues, transport and entertainment. Cater to all food requirements of the international guests (kosher, halal, allergies, …).

Impact

BDO Belgium was this years’ organising partner for the event and they made a good impression on their international colleagues. Every guest went home with a good impression of what Belgium has to offer as a destination and partner.
